Your content
What you make with Kiru is yours. You are responsible for having the rights to the footage, music and other material you use, edit, publish or stream, including material Kiru helps you find.
Services you connect
Features that use outside services (for example YouTube, Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Pexels or Pixabay) are also governed by those services' own terms. When you use Kiru's YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You are responsible for any costs on accounts and keys you connect.
Privacy
How Kiru handles your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
Kiru is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Keep backups of work that matters. To the extent the law allows, Fullstack Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, from using Kiru.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update this page and its date; continuing to use Kiru means you accept the new terms.
